  My wife and I just rented a townhouse from this company. Let me start by saying, the AMAZING customer service you receive is not because it's their job, it is because they are genuinely good hearted people. Everything was quick, painless and very easy to complete (from viewing, to application to lease to keys took approximately 1.5 hours total). While I can't speak for all owners, I can speak for the owner of our rental. My wife and I have three dogs that needed the owners approval. When the office tried to contact him, he was always available to answer. More importantly, he trusts the property management team to make decisions on his behalf (in 15 years of moving for the military, 5 states and 6 rental companies, this the first time I have experienced such a high level of trust between owner and PM). Overall my wife and I experience with this company has been incredibly comforting, welcoming, smooth and satisfying. Please don't hesitate to stop by and see what they have to offer.
